Of the 82,167 accounts that ever signed on Hydration, exactly THREE made their last-ever extrinsic in the window 2026-02-20 09:00-09:30 after the same 4-call unwind, and all three are members (null for any 30-minute window that day: 0.58). Four wallets made their ONLY-ever XTokens.transfer within 2m36s on 2025-09-23 for the identical amount 10,002.0 DOT - that day saw 144 such calls from 52 signers with 137 distinct amounts, and that exact amount appears 5 times in all chain history. Complete K4 clique at 39.5-59.3 sigma on occupancy-corrected 5-min buckets over 23-32 shared days against an expectation of 0.056-0.072, where the rest of a 65-account matched cohort tops out at 9.1 sigma / 3 days. Only 6 accounts ever received a ~149,999.9998 DOT arrival and four are here, on one afternoon, two identical to the microdot.
