Base Monthly Pricing\n\n- **Hydration (Mainnet): $1,699 / month**\n\n### 2. Cost Efficiency Analysis\n\nAlthough usage has increased by approximately 25%, our pricing remains the same as in 2025, with no increase in fees. We can also confirm that pricing will remain unchanged throughout the second half of the year.\n\nThis effectively represents a reduction in cost per unit of usage and reflects the infrastructure optimizations completed during 2025.\n\n## 2026 Q3-Q4 Maintenance Fee\n\n[Please refer to the usage screenshot here](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1KxCIh1kdkTTkPYPwHpb1vdn6EMclVL5_2t_wqtqk2-E/edit?usp=sharing)\n\nThe service fee for Hydration for the period from July through December 2026 is calculated as follows:\n\n- **Hydration (Mainnet): USD 1,699 × 6 months = USD 10,194**\n- **Total Service Fee: USD 10,194**\n\n## Total Requested Amount\n\nWe kindly request funding support from the Hydration Treasury in the amount of **10,194 HOLLAR** (equivalent to **USD 10,194**).\n\n## 2026 Service Scope & Deliverables\n\nSupporting this proposal ensures Subscan can continue delivering enterprise-grade SaaS infrastructure, extending far beyond simple cloud hosting.\n\n- **Core Infrastructure:** Highly available on-chain data indexing, full historical database storage, and scalable bandwidth.\n- **Monitoring & DevOps:** 24/7 real-time alerting, automated anomaly detection, and rapid disaster recovery.\n- **Technical Support:** Continuous Substrate & EVM feature maintenance, maintaining multi-chain UI/UX, and guaranteeing day-one compatibility for runtime and network upgrades.\n- **Free Community API:** Operating the public API gateway entirely free of charge for developers, continuing to power the ecosystem's wallets, dashboards,","bodyFormat":"markdown","tldr":"","labels":[],"linked":[],"author":{"account":{"accountId":"0xaa8a67000d39e4f9e31adbd93507ef424d85cf51ec58a415f329b0691741057e","address":"14rcFm5sH9aek5NJ6vzHuTwo29MKCB4GVEEPj5aXmP4cLce6","emoji":"🐻‍❄️","tag":null,"identity":{"display":"SUBSCAN/SUBSCAN_TREASURY","verified":false,"email":"","web":"","twitter":""},"profile":null},"legacyName":null},"authority":"subsquare","revision":0,"createdAt":"2026-08-18T07:39:15.000Z","editedAt":null,"lastActivityAt":"2026-08-25T20:34:48.000Z","commentsCount":10,"updatesCount":0,"upvotes":0,"threadKey":"opengov:384","source":{"name":"subsquare","id":"6a840c5b781cee3ac4d1bed0","cid":null,"removed":false},"bannerCid":null,"banner":null,"poll":null,"locked":false,"media":{},"hidden":false,"generation":"6690c444c3e1fdf2"}
