Proves the path at trivial value first.\n\n## Why now\n- Moonbeam sunsets **2026-07-31** → its EVM / XCM / bridge stop; assets left behind may become inaccessible.\n- Hydration holds 11 MRL assets whose backing sits in our **sovereign account on Moonbeam** (WETH, WBTC, DAI, USDC, USDT, sUSDS, EURC, SOL, jitoSOL, PRIME, SUI).\n- They must be redeemed to their origin chains before the deadline → held by the TC multisigs → re-represented on Hydration via NTT. This canary de-risks the full-value run.\n\n## What it does\n`utility.batchAll` of 11 × `polkadotXcm.send` → Moonbeam. Each executes **as our sovereign account**:\n`ethereumXcm.transact` → `Batch[ approve(TokenBridge), transferTokens(...) ]` → redeems ~$10 of one asset to its origin chain (burns the wrapped asset on Moonbeam, releases native on origin).\n\n## Destination — Technical Committee multisigs\nThe 7-member Technical Committee controls a multisig on each origin chain.
